Items to bring
Communication is very important for us. There is only Wifi at the main house so if you let us know what time you’ll be here it will help your check in go smoothly!
Food
Potosi Hot Springs is not currently offering meals. The nearest store is about 15 miles away in Harrison. It is a small last minute stop and they carry only the basics. 6 miles away is Pony Bar (hours: noon–2 am) which serves food Friday through Sunday from 5pm–9pm.
Weather-Appropriate Clothes
It is a short hike to the hot springs pools but the mountains can get cold at night so you might want to bring an extra layer to wear. You can park at the main house and walk to the hot springs (about 1/4 mile) or you can walk from your cabin.
Flashlight
You will need a flashlight to walk to and from the hot springs if you decide to use them after dark.
A few things to remember
- Check in is from 3:00pm – 7:00pm.
- Check out time is 11:00am.
Please leave your key on the coffee table in the cabin. No need to drop it off.
Directions
From Harrison (along Hwy 287), take the road that leads to Pony (Pony Rd./Hwy 283). As you’re coming into Pony, you will see a sign on the left for Potosi Road, turn LEFT onto Potosi Rd. Travel about 3.1 miles and you will come to South Willow Creek Rd, turn RIGHT. Travel about 3.5 miles and you will arrive at Potosi. We are the main house on the right. There are no trespassing signs but you are in the right place! Park next to one of our vehicles and come to the front door and knock, please. We will get you checked in!
